When purchasing a new appliance, we understand it can be daunting and you may be worried if the new machine will fit or what your ordering is the correct product for your setup. With our simple courtesy call system, let us take the stress out of it for you.

What does a courtesy call include?

This service includes a Wash House fitter coming out and advising you on what product type would fit in for you. Once this information has been gathered and fed back to our sales team a member of the sales staff on the same or next day will call you to discuss your options and advise you.

Why would i need this service?

Some appliances come in lots of different shapes, sizes and fixtures. For example:

Did you know that Built-In Fridge Freezers come in different sizes and splits? They also have two different ways that they are installed. Also 70/30 splits can be different sizes between different makes and models. 

A courtesy call costs £29.95, if you go forward with a purchase from us following the courtesy call we will discount the £29.95 off the price of the product for you.

Simply add this service to your basket, input your details and proceed to checkout you will then be directed to a calendar where you can book a suitable date for you to have a courtesy call.

Please Note: This is for a fitter to look at your fixtures/situation with the intent of buying a new machine from The Wash House. This is not a repair service. If you require an engineer to come and look with the intent of fixing the machine please visit our book a repair section by CLICKING HERE.

Please Note: If the customers fixtures/fittings/electrics are not correct, whilst we will do our best to point you in the right direction with local tradespeople, we will not undertake any larger work ourselves. For example: A customer wanting to remove an entire cupboard and wants to put a dishwasher in. You will need a plumber to put the necessary plumbing in and a carpenter for the removal of the cupboard before a dishwasher could be fitted.
