• We price match to Curry’s, John Lewis and AO.com on white goods. (We can sometimes match to other websites but these will be on a case by case basis)
• The model number has to be exactly the same without any variation.
• If the product is not in stock with the competitor we may not be able to offer a price match.
• We will only match on a like for like basis so we will match all the services they offer, this may mean our delivery/installation charges could increase in line with the competitors.
• The product has to be new and not an ex-display or graded product.
• The manufacturers warranty on the product must be the same.
• We must be able to verify your request to price match. For example visiting the competitors website.
• We may not be abe to offer our Lifetime Labour Free warranty.
