Bronze Service - Drop Off (3 - 5 Days)
The bronze service includes a drop off service (3 – 5 days). If an old appliance is disconnected, we will also take the old appliances away*. *T&C’s apply. £20 additional fee for disposal of Refrigeration.
Silver Service - Installed (3 - 5 Days)
The silver service includes a two-man standard delivery (3 – 5 days), Installation to an existing point, disconnection of the old appliance, taking the old appliance away* and disposing of the packaging. *T&C’s apply. £20 additional fee for disposal of Refrigeration.
Gold Service - Drop Off (Next Day)
The Gold Drop Off service includes a drop off service, Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. If an old appliance is disconnected, we will also take the old appliances away*.*T&C’s apply. £20 additional fee for disposal of Refrigeration.
Gold Service - Installed (Next Day)

We offer delivery services from Monday - Saturday. When ordering online you can choose your delivery date at checkout that suits you.
Christmas Eve Delivery
Our crews will be out in force to ensure you can get any kitchen appliance you are desperate for in time for the big day. Order any instock item by phone or instore by Staurday the 23rd, or online the same day before Midnight and our teams can delivery and Install if needed by Christmas Eve.

Do you charge for delivery?
We offer a Same-Day delivery for all in stock items to DY & WR postcodes for £10.00 if ordered before 1pm. Our Express delivery is currently Free for a next day delivery. Standard delivery is FREE which is a 3+ day service - Collection from any store or the Warehouse is always FREE. Additional £9.99 charge for Same-Day or Express Delivery on Orders under £100
Can you recycle my old appliance?
We can recylce any old appliance at point of delivery. If you have chosen our bundle service we will disconnect your old appliance aswell. If you have chosen just to have the appliance removed you'll need to ensure the appliance is disconnected ready. For charges please reference the table below.
Do you offer installation services?
We offer our own inhouse professional install services and prices vary depending on the appliance type as per the table below.
All of our install services use a trained 2-man crew.
What postcodes do you deliver to?
We deliver & service to the following postcodes;B, DY, GL, HR, NP, WR, WS & WV. We may post small items via Parcelforce by arrangement to UK addresses at customers request and expense. Regretfully we can not courier larger appliances outside of the mentioned areas.
