Please bring two people when collecting so you can lift it in your vehicle as sometimes some of our stores can be single crewed. Thankyou for your understanding.
Stourport
All products that show "In stock" online are available to click and collect from the Stourport branch within a few minutes of ordering (Except Sunday - Sunday requires a 24 hour notice). Once you have placed your order please make your way to our warehouse, Unit 18 DY13 9JT just behind the showroom to collect your goods. Please remeber to bring a reciept and proof of payment (E.g. Credit Card uesed to pay). If an item is showing available to order this means the stock isnt available to collect immediatly but can be ordered for you to collect at a later date, for accurate information on when that would be please phone our sales line on 01299 822031 option 1 and they will advise when it would be available.

Worcester

Click & Collect
Collecting from our Stourport Showroom/Warehouse
If you're ordering in stock items you can select to Click & Collect from Stourport on any orders placed before 4PM the same day Monday - Saturday. We will endeavour to get these items bought up to store, or we will direct you down to our warehouse a minutes drive away from our Stourport store where a member of the team can help you collect your items. If it's after 4pm, please phone in advance so we can get your order transfered to the showroom for you to collect which is open until 6pm Monday - Friday and until 5:30pm on Saturday.
Sunday - If you wish to collect an item on a Sunday please arrange this the day before so we can get the goods transfered to the Stourport store for you to collect between 10am & 4pm. Alternativley if you need to arrange and collect on the day please call our store on 01299 822031 (Option 1) to see if they can arrange this for you on the day.
Collecting from our Hereford & Worcester Showroom
If you wish to collect from our Hereford or Worcester showroom please let us know the day before you want to collect with the model number your after. We will then transfer it to the store and a member of staff will call you once it has arrived at that showroom for you to collect. If you need to collect the same day of ordering please ring the store as they have lots on display and may be able to let you take a display model the same day.
Please ensure that your vehicle is large enough for the items and that you have appropriate means to securely transport anything you collect.
How do i know if it's In Stock and available for Click & Collect?
The product shown to the left has a green tick and In Stock and is therefore available to Click & Collect same day from Stourport, or if you prefer you can choose to collect from Worcester or Hereford the following day.
Please ensure you have two people capable of lifting the purchased goods if collecting from Hereford or Worcester, as these stores are often singularly staffed.
You can order your item for click and collect online by simply adding the item to your basket, choose "Click and Collect" at the basket stage then choose the drop down of which store you wish to collect your product from.
