Chargeable Labour Repair

Our repair jobs are comprised of 3 elements;

1. 'Labour charge' - This is FREE if you have our Lifetime Labour on the purchase your product  or If you have received our Lifetime Labour Plus cover.

2. Call out charge - This is currently £32.95 and is only charged once per repair even if we visit multiple times.

3. Parts - These are priced up if and when required

Key Points

☑ We stock lots of parts, in the event that we don't have the part needed on the van you will be contacted as soon as possible reference the cost and lead time.

☑ You will NOT pay any additional call out or labour charges for the same repair.

☑ On the day of your appointment the engineer will call you with your allocated 2 hour time slot.

And dont forget if you do buy a new machine it comes with our exclusive LIFETIME LABOUR FREE COVER. Meaning that you never ever pay a labour charge on your repair.

We repair all major brands such as Bosch, Beko, Hotpoint, Zanussi, Hoover and many more. Regretfully we cannot repair certain "own" brands such as Currys essentials, Argos Bush + Howdens Lamona.
